horseshoe "Hags on Nags" was created in June of 2002 by a handful of women who decided to greet middle age by reclaiming their common passion for horses.  As horse lovers who had found themselves "saddled" with family and work responsibilities, they were determined to make time for themselves.  In a few short months, membership grew to include women of all ages and from all walks of life that continue to find common ground in their love of horses and close friendships.

horseshoe With members tired of rules and responsibilities, "Hags on Nags" is a loosely organized, non-profit group whose main purpose is to have fun and "be there" for each other.  We plan monthly events including trail riding, parades, overnight camping trips, benefit rides, tack sales, movies and social events, clinics and even our own little fun show, Hag-mania.  Instead of by-laws and officers, we have a favorite poem and a timeless essay to guide us.
